Added a kompressor and a Compressed Air Scaffolding aka. "Druckluftgerüst" in different variants. (Designer: Strassenbahn_12)
The Signals do now glow, so you can see the lights even at moody brightness
Added /setspawn to set a location as "Spawn" and /spawn, /hub, /home and /lobby to teleport to Spawn.
Now you can use the signals actually on create signals! It still doesn´t require create but if it is loaded the signals work, and if it´s not, they stll can be powered by redstone.
