GtbStructures

GtbStructures (GTBS) is a client-side utility mod for Hypixel's Guess The Build. It expands the game with configurable scoreboards and overlays, multilingual theme tools, local match statistics, and quality-of-life commands.

GTBS supports legacy Forge as well as current Fabric and Forge versions.

Features

Run /gtbs help for the categorized command list.

Use /gtbs preview to open a session-only preview where enabled interface elements can be positioned and configured. Some other options can be tuned through the menu in the upper right corner of the interface.

Custom Scoreboards

Replace or restyle the Guess The Build scoreboard with additional live information. The scoreboard supports every available language in server. It is also compatible with leave-rejoin actions and will try to resolve the lost round information based on chat and scoreboard evidence.

Hint and Interface Overlays

• Hint structure: displays the structure of the current theme using numbers and hyphens
• Handheld item history: tracks items held by the builder in a vertical list or horizontal grid
• Environment: shows weather, biome, and time, with optional change notifications
• Chat cooldown: displays a timer and progress bar that visualize the 3-second cooldown

Overlay positions, colors, backgrounds, layouts, and visible details can be customized in game, using preferably /gtbs preview.

Multilingual Theme Tools

GTBS includes a bundled translation snapshot and history from GTB Platform, which automatically updates itself on each startup.

The mod also automatically detects the current Hypixel language on joining the server.

Supported tools:

• Look up and copy approved theme translations
• Show shortcut and multiword reminders when a theme is revealed
• Display themes matching the initial hint after the theme is revealed
• Annotate matching non-English guesses with English-theme information through GuessPeek

Local Game Tracking and Statistics

Track Guess The Build sessions locally, review summaries, or export the raw data of the current game.

Tracking is set to enabled on default. Records and exports are stored under .minecraft/config/gtbstats/.

Native minecraft log parsing is supported for theme occurrence stats summary.

Game and Chat Utilities

• /gtb: queue for Guess The Build
• /lrj: leave and rejoin
• /gtbs autorequeue: enable automatic requeueing
• /gtbs haveibuilt & /gtbs whohasbuilt: check whether you or other players have already built during the current game
• /gtw: a small Guess The Wordhint mini-session for hint practicing

Performance & Cross-version Compatibility Patches

• Fixed the truncated Build Battle rank display in GTB games
• Added tab autocomplete for all the players in a game
• Resolved the incompatibility with the display of certain modern items in hand in 1.8.9, including dragon head, spawn eggs, and colored beds
• Resolved the incompatibility with the display of non-equipment items in the helmet slot of armor stand in 1.8.9
• Added the Saved Hotbar functionality in 1.8.9
• Hid disallowed items in creative inventories exclusively in GTB games in 1.21+
• Added a Force 1.8 Font option in vanilla language settings in 1.21+
• Fixed the issue where player names can be rendered black instead of white in certain 26.1+ versions

Requirements

• The Fabric or Forge loader matching the selected file
• Fabric API when using a Fabric build

Potential Issues & Notices

• This mod may not be compatible with GuessTheUtils or other scoreboard/chat altering mods.
• Joining the GTB lobby or having a significant lag spike at the moment the game starts may cause incomplete extraction of lobby or game roster. In that case, the mod will gather the available information in game to retrieve the potentially missing Hypixel rank color, player name, and build battle rank as a backup.
• Guesses sent in Troll Mode are virtually identical to real guesses in chat. Therefore they will be parsed by GuessPeek and multiword-reconcilation parsers. This may affect the reconcilation result of a multiword theme if you are not playing in English.
• In very rare cases, multiple people correctly guessing at the same time can cause the order of guesses displayed in chat to be incorrect. In that case, the mod will treat available chat and scoreboard information as the authentic source.
• The player emblem function in custom scoreboard will show the real emblem of nicked players instead of the one displayed in chat.
• Nick identity transfer is experimentally added as one of the functionality of custom scoreboard but lacks actual trials.
• Due to the mod's thunder-strength based detector, the weather Thunder might be shown as Raining in the Environment panel before the first thunder signal actually arrives.
• The mod might not be compatible with chat copying mods or certain chat altering clients.
