Another Sunday another update! (We'll see how long this lasts)
New Feature: The packing line
I wasn't happy with the old system of making packages of goods so I reworked it into an expensive but profitable multiblock. A terminal guide will come soon but the current systems works like so. It is an expandable multiblock like the assembly line with different tiers of controllers and internal blocks that need to match. Under those are ulv input hatches which take one item per craft all of the same market category. It then adds to an internal value this formula (Item's value)/(The number of times the item is repeated)^(1+(Item's value)) and then multiplies the whole by the square root of the tier of the line plus the number of hatches times two. This is hopefully to make it so diversifying products is incentivized without making low value products useless along with giving a big bonus to upgrading your packing line.
New chain: Kitchenware
This chain adds household appliances in the form of a blender, a toaster, a pan, a sponge and pot.
- The blender is made cheaper and cheaper by using better motors.
- The toaster can be made cheaper by using kanthal, nichrome or tungstensteel fine wires for the element.
- The pan can be coated in teflon to make it nonstick and worth a lot more.
- The sponge comes with a chemical chain for polyurethane which can replace construction foam if you so desire using a config option as well as a wood fiber alternative which takes an eternity to process.
- The pot, pan, toaster and blender can all have their housings or handles made of a new polymer, bakelite, based on phenol.
There are some small bug fixes I fixed left and right which I honestly don't remember well enough to all name but hopefully get closer and closer to a stable release.
