Halloween Candy

Adds over 100 different candies with various effects, a book, and a glowing pumpkin. You can also now eat dirt, which will apply negative effects.

Zombies and skeletons sometimes spawn wearing a carved pumpkin on their head. Mobs also drop one random candy from time to time, roughly 25% of the time for hostile mobs and 8% for everything else. New players get 8 candies the first time they join a world.
