• Hammer enchanted books now apply correctly in anvils across all Fabric builds (MC 1.21-1.21.10); the output pick now keeps the Hammer enchant even for books found in loot chests (e.g., mineshafts).
• Added durability and XP pacing controls for Hammer mining (extra durability cost, per-block XP drops) plus Silk Touch/Fortune toggles with an optional no-double-dip setting.
• In-game config screen via ModMenu/Cloth and a new advancement for enchanting your first Hammer tool.

Fixed loot table issue when spawning the Hammer Enchanted book.
