Fixed ghastling being too big on 1.21.4
New textures! Made it heal with snowballs

Find the dried ghast in the nether, hydrate it with water to turn it into a ghastling, and wait or feed it with snowballs to turn it into a Happy Ghast!
Added a better flight controller and all ghast harnesses!
