Tiny patch that just lowers the bandit revolver cooldown from 80 seconds to 40 seconds and implements a cooldown when firing normally even if you miss.
Bandit:
- Added Bandit Revolver (Exact same as revolver with custom shooting logic when used by bandit role)
- Bandit revolver has a 20% chance to drop a normal revolver or 80% chance to be removed after a bandit shoots a player with it
- Bandit revolver has a cooldown of 1 minute 20 seconds
- Bandit revolver (formerly just a revolver) price upped to 175 for bandits
- Knife upped to 250 for bandits
Poisoner:
- Toxin price upped to 100
- Toxin knife sound removed
- Toxin injection sound volume lowered to 15%
- Toxin time to kill lowered to 15 seconds
- Added 50 second cooldown for Toxin
Doctor:
- Antidote injection sound volume lowered
- Antidote knife sound removed
Misc:
- Added Toxin and Antidote to psychosis items pool (will now appear in other players hands when your sanity is low)

Added compatibility with Noelle's Roles | Master Key and Attendant will be disabled when using Noelle's Roles in favor of the Conductor Role.
