Hide Sun/Moon

Hide Sun/Moon is a lightweight client-side Fabric mod that lets you hide both the sun and moon from the Minecraft sky.

The mod only changes their visual rendering. Daylight, nighttime darkness, sky lighting, shadows, moon phases, time progression, and the day-night cycle continue working normally.

Video Setting

A new Sun and Moon: ON/OFF option is available in Video Settings, next to Weather Effect Radius and below Anisotropic Filtering.

• ON: Displays the sun and moon normally.
• OFF: Hides both the sun and moon.

The option is set to OFF by default and your selection is preserved between game restarts.

Place the mod’s .jar file inside your Minecraft mods folder. Remove the previous version before updating.
