This is a significant update to Highspeed Rail: * It adds support for the new experimental minecart physics. * The 'minecartMaxSpeed' gamerule can now effectively be set on a per-block basis. * Arbitrary minecartMaxSpeeds can be set (higher than the vanilla maximum of 1000). Use with caution. * Acceleration and deceleration values can also be tweaked (new physics only). * The new physics can be force-enabled in old and non-experimental worlds via a config setting. * The speedometer is supported (and accurate) with the new physics. * A lot of new configuration options have been added and changed, though compatibility has been maintained with older config files.
