Pill Packs are a common type of add-on in GMod that let you transform into basically every horror game monster ever.

How To Play

Pills can be found in a custom creative menu tab.

Right-Click to use the Pill Item to Transform.

Left-Click on a Player to kill a Player as a Pill.
