Fixed some known bugs
Changed how steve towers spawn to allow for more natural generation. Changeged colour of shirt. Steve now only spawns in the steve tower. QOL features.
Added a structure called the Steve Tower where a steve spawns. This only spawns in the forest. Added a gui for the phone.
Steve can now drop his phone as well. Try calling him.
