Adds support for MCPitanLib which allows playing with Enhanced Quarries
Improves behaviour in dev by making better use of MixinSquared.
Adds supports for Architectury (aside from any use of the biome modification APIs). Allows using REI.
Initial release, tested with mods such as Tech Reborn, Tom's Simple Storage, Blockus and Stoneworks.
Known not to work with Architectury yet, the changes to biome weather are posing a problem.
