Added ID Cards
- In all dye colours
- Can be right-clicked to bind to user
- Can be shift+right-clicked by bound user to unbind
- Can be used on ID Card Reader to validate card
Added ID Card Reader
- Will emit 1-tick redstone signal when right-clicked with ID Card bound to owner of reader or someone on the reader's trust list
- Can be shift+right-clicked to open trust list
- Bound ID Cards can be put in trust list to trust bound user
