Immersive Animals is a mod that adds simple, vanilla-friendly animal mechanics to Minecraft.

No fantasy creatures, no cheats and no complicated dependencies, just more useful and immersive ways to care for animals.

What's new in 1.1.0?

▶️ Chickens

• Capture chickens with an empty hand using Shift + Right Click.
• Place captured chickens inside craftable wooden coops with Right Click.
• Connect coops side by side to create a larger shared enclosure.
• Chickens can walk freely through connected coops.
• Feed them seeds to produce eggs and feathers.
• Collect eggs by right-clicking the coop with an egg or an empty hand.
• Collect feathers using shears.
• Chickens no longer produce resources for free without food.

▶️ Cows and Sheep

• Added a craftable animal feeder.
• Fill the feeder with wheat.
• Fed animals enter a temporary Well Fed state.
• Well-fed cows and sheep can be milked with glass bottles.
• Cow Milk and Sheep Milk are drinkable items.
• Animals can produce manure after their feeding cycle.
• Manure can be collected and added to a composter.
• Vanilla drops and animal behavior remain unchanged.

▶️ Languages

The mod automatically follows Minecraft's language.

English and Spanish are currently supported. Unsupported languages automatically fall back to English.

Mod Menu and Cloth Config are optional and only needed for the configuration screen.
