1. The seed production process via crossbreeding is now 4 times faster (previously checked every 2 seconds, now every 10 ticks (0.5 seconds)).
2. Placing raw blocks into the Primitive Macerator is now prohibited.
3. Fixed a client crash that could occur on the server when changing the viewing mode in the solar panel.
4. Fixed freezing and subsequent player kick when placing the rotor (Minecraft 1.21.1).
5. Crystal growers now work faster (Primitive version reduced from 12.5 minutes to 5 minutes, Electric version from 7.5 minutes to 3 minutes).
6. The Moon Spotter now works for 1 minute per recipe instead of 3.5 minutes.
7. Graphite Handler now works for 3.5 minutes instead of 10 minutes.
8. Teleportation via Relocator now costs 100k EF instead of 1M EF.
9. Pressure in the Coke Oven now has a greater impact on speed (x2)
