Infiniportals - Infiniverse X Immersive Portals

This mod is a simple patch fix for the server-side crash when entering infiniverse-created dimensions on a server with immersive portals, it calls for immersive portals to dynamically update the dimension id registry when a new dimension is created, resolving the crash. This does NOT add portals to other dimensions by default, you need to add them yourself.
