Fixed bug to the "buildFromPastLogs" command where it only updated existing players in the database, but didn't add new players. Added a debug mode activated by /iplogger toggleDebugMode, which turns on more verbose log in server console.
Revamp to the JSON database structure. Will automatically update the database to the new format if an old one is found. More active use of the geolocation information in command outputs to not require the operator to use the /iplogger geolocate as actively.
