ItemApult
Throw anything. Pass it to a friend. Catch it in mid-air.
ItemApult turns every item in your hand into a real, catchable projectile. Press G to throw one item. Aim at a flying item and press K to catch it before it lands.
No new tool to craft. No complicated setup. Just one small mechanic that makes survival worlds, servers, minigames, and streams instantly more fun.

One mechanic. Endless moments.
- Toss food to a teammate during an adventure.
- Pass tools and building materials without opening a menu.
- Turn any open space into an improvised catch minigame.
- Create clutch saves, chaotic mistakes, and memorable stream moments.
- Throw vanilla and modded items without losing what makes them unique.
Your item stays your item
ItemApult preserves the complete ItemStack, including custom names,
enchantments, components, NBT, and modded item models.
It also feels physical: launched items inherit movement, fly through the world, produce satisfying sound and particle feedback, react on impact, and remain available to pick up normally.

Simple controls
| Action | Default key |
|---|---|
| Throw one held item | G |
| Catch the item you are aiming at | K |
Both controls are fully rebindable in Minecraft's key settings. If the main hand is empty, ItemApult can throw from the off-hand.
Built for real multiplayer
- Server-authoritative: inventory, cooldown, range, direction, and line-of-sight checks happen on the server.
- Anti-duplication by design: every throw validates its source stack and uses authoritative server inventory state.
- Performance-conscious: server owners can cap globally tracked throws.
- Protection-friendly: loader-native toss events allow compatible protection and integration mods to cancel a launch.
- No required library mods: install the matching ItemApult file and play.
Perfect for
Survival servers · Friend groups · Adventure maps · Minigames · Roleplay · Social hubs · Modpacks · Content creators
