Item Drops Scale
Allows you to change the size of dropped items and the size that they are.
Lot's of settings you can change either the general settings which changes all of the item scale or you can use the distance scaling option which scales it bigger as you get further way this includes an adjustable slider to change the strength of this
Has settings for common items and pvp items for specific size changes for things like blocks or items you can only get in creative mode and more.
