Improved
- Vanish status is now restored before vanilla sends login announcements and player information.
- Vanish status persists across reconnects, deaths, and server restarts.
- Mobs now ignore vanished players.
- Mobs already targeting a player immediately lose their target when that player vanishes.
- Player tracking, tab-list visibility, and
/listfiltering have been improved. - Vanished staff members can optionally see each other.
- Fake join and leave messages are now configurable.
- Dedicated-server compatibility has been improved.
Compatibility
- Just Vanish does not inspect or intercept particle packets.
- No client-only Minecraft classes are referenced.
- Prevents the dedicated-server crash associated with particle-producing items such as Reliquified Artifacts' Bunny Hoppers.
- The mod remains completely server-side; players do not need to install it.
Important
Remove Just Vanish 1.0.0 and any other vanish mod before installing version 1.1.0.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
