Added Pelicans!

Pelicans live in swamps, mangrove swamps, and beaches, and are currently flightless (but will become flying birds again after a move controller rework). They are the first tamable bird in Katt's Ornithology, and can be tamed using fish. After being tamed, a pelican's owner can right click on the pelican with a stack of items in hand, and the pelican will store that stack in its beak.

• Pelicans can hold up to one stack of any item
• Right-clicking on a pelican with an empty hand will give you whatever stack of items the pelican was holding
• Right-clicking on a pelican with an empty beak and an empty hand will make the pelican sit
• Right-clicking on a pelican with an item in hand and a different item in the pelican's beak will switch the items

New items: Pelican Feather and Pelican Spawn Egg

• Pelican Feathers provide a +5% bonus to Glide, +10% bonus to Endurance, and +10% bonus to Shield

Other fixes:

• Fixed positioning of baby crows' heads
• Fixed issue where bird feeder would not show up in creative inventory
