Removes /trigger from all commands in KHEconomy
Example: /trigger pay set 5 would now be /pay 5
enhances /mailSend command
Original: /trigger mailSend set <mailboxNumber> Then you would need to use /trigger sendMoney set <amount> to send the money to the chosen mailbox.
Now: /mailSend <amount1> <amount2>
- amount1 is the mailbox number
- amount2 is the amount to send
