Legacy Borderless replaces 1.6.4's alt-tab-hostile exclusive fullscreen with a true borderless windowed fullscreen: a title-bar-less window sized to cover your monitor exactly. Alt-tabbing never blacks out or minimises the game, other windows can sit on top, and there's no title bar to burn in on OLED. Toggle it with a rebindable key (default F11), and it remembers whether you left the game borderless between launches. Windows only.
