Lilo's Starter House

Automatically spawns a starter house at the world spawn point the exact second you join a fresh world.

It checks the terrain height so it won't float on hills, and it uses player variables so it only spawns once and never duplicates when you re-join. Just drop it in your mods folder and start a new world.
