Fix crashes when data is corrupted

Chest Data could be created when there was no loot table

• Loot4Everyone can now be used for LAN servers
• Added elytra container to fix issues with item frames detection

Data can't be transferred between 1.21.1 / 1.21.4 and 1.21.5 !!!
