Dependency changes

• Updated minimum LimaCore version to 1.12.3

General Changes

• Added client config for positioning the weapon HUD and shield HUD overlays

Content Changes

• Added common ore pebbles for the following materials: Tin, Nickel, Lead, Silver, Osmium, Uranium.
• Added and re-organized some recipes.
• Added the Farming recipe mode for the Bio/ARU Garden to prevent conflicts.
• Added Slatesteel Panel and Smooth Slatesteel Panel decorative building blocks.
• Remodeled the Auto-Fabricator to be more inline with the current design style of LTXI.

New machine: Assembler

The Assembler is a 6 item and (optionally) 1 fluid input machine that will now serve as the intermediary between manual crafting and the Fabricator.

• T3 Circuit shaped recipe removed.
• T1 to T3 circuit recipes for the Fabricator removed, replaced by Assembler recipes.
• Chem Lab uses T2 circuits instead of T3.
