fixed a crash when crafting empty maps

• fixes issues with select slice packet
• fixed issues with open screen packet
• improved slice selection in map screen
• added a config to show map background in map screen

fixed a crash with map cut recipe

• improved twilight forest integration
• fixed some misc bugs
• atlases can now hold 5 different kinds of maps and will need to consume those to create the respective types (these are vanilla, supplementaries sliced maps and twilight forest maps)
• for sliced maps theres a config that allows the atlas to just consume normal maps instead
