Mass of Nutrition

Mass of Nutrition adds over 250 (over 500 if including recipes, recipe types and other) new foods, blocks, plants and ingredients to Minecraft. And it's very optimized, mod's size is only 1 MB.

This mod expands survival gameplay by introducing various food items such as sushi and other custom recipes. Also, added advanced nutrition system, with protein, carbs, fiber, fats, vitamins, minerals, hydration and calories. Every type of food adds different amount of nutrition points. Nutrition decreasing is not too agressive, so it's not very hard to play.

Content includes:

New foods and ingredients; New naturally generating plants and blocks; New villager trades; Simple crafting, and in some functional blocks recipes; Functional blocks; Advanced system of nutrition;

The mod is designed to enhance survival gameplay, expand cooking options and bring more realistic nutrition to the game. It can be used in survival worlds or modpacks to add more content variety.

This isn't an addon for Farmer’s Delight — it's not recommended to use both mods at the same time. Also, report about bugs or leave your ideas on planet minecraft (report URL is pmc), I'm checking comments there almost every day a few times.
