Resource-Loading Stability, Startup Theme & Readable Messages — Matcha 1.03 / 1.12 / 1.12.5 / 1.12.7-beta | Companion 1.4.2

• Give Windows resource-preparation workers dedicated 4 MiB stacks and bounded concurrency, addressing the reproduced native stack-probe failure without launcher arguments. Other platforms retain Minecraft's executor.
• Apply configured packs before Minecraft's initial resource load, removing the extra reload previously requested from the client-started event.
• Enable configured Matcha interface artwork from the first title screen, before a world supplies gameplay detection. A supported installed Matcha mod selects presentation assets; otherwise the latest supported profile for the running Minecraft is used.
• Keep required Matcha translations and font glyphs available before welcome/difficulty messages arrive, including datapack-only installations and Vanilla visual presets.
• Preserve automatic per-world gameplay detection, datapack priority and catalogue cleanup. Startup menu artwork does not activate a gameplay catalogue.
• Rename “Hide Vanilla Item Look-alikes” to “Hide Plain Vanilla Duplicates” and explain the difference between plain Minecraft base stacks and component-bearing Matcha variants.
• Fix plain equipment still being omitted from Creative material ordering when duplicate hiding was disabled.
• Add a detailed user wiki covering every settings group, supported installation paths, presets, catalogue behaviour, advancements and troubleshooting.

One Fabric JAR supports Matcha 1.03, 1.12 and 1.12.5 on Minecraft 26.2, plus Matcha 1.12.7-beta on Minecraft 26.3. Gameplay data and the usual external dependencies remain separate installations.
