Added the Altimeter, a tool that shows your height in the world. Can be crafted with 4 copper ingots and one redstone dust. You can press [use] to get a more precise readout of your altitude, shown both relative to sea level and as the internal Y value.

- Gave meshes a loot table and mineable tag; they can now be mined with a pickaxe and will drop themselves when broken.
