Changes
Added
- A new world to dial: Wellspring, inspired by the Sift, Minecraft's upcoming fourth dimension.
- Explore coral-pink meadows under a turquoise sky, rose and teal meadows, forests of white willows, a pale-teal desert with steel-blue cliffs, and tall rose-coloured mesas.
- The sky drifts from turquoise to peach to deep navy over the course of a day.
- Watch your step: Wellspring's lilac rivers, lakes and seas burn you and drain your experience. Fire Resistance keeps you safe, and eating Chorus Fruit there gives you a short dose of it.
- Meet the blub, a glowing, rabbit-like critter that lives there.
- Collect five new blocks: Wellspring Soil, Wellspring Stone, Wellspring Shell, Wellspring Willow Leaves and Wellspring Willow Moss.
- Villages, desert pyramids, jungle temples, ancient cities, pillager outposts, woodland mansions and shipwrecks all turn up there.
- Gates that lead to Wellspring glow coral pink.
- A new advancement, Sifted Through, for your first visit to Wellspring.
Changed
- The Galaxy Brain advancement now asks you to visit all eight kinds of stargate dimension. If you already had it, it shows as unfinished again until you visit Wellspring.
- Gates lead to ordinary Overworld and Nether worlds a little less often, to make room for Wellspring.
Fixed
- Unlit caves in the Floating Islands, Desert, Ocean, Tropics and Frozen dimensions are no longer pitch black. They are now as dark as caves in the Overworld.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
