Hotfix for an issue in team game nametags, and added the rank display in Parkour Warrior Survivor.

This update supports Minecraft 1.21.2-1.21.5. While nothing changed from v1.12.2, MCC Island changed the minimum Minecraft version to 1.21, so that will be the minimum supported version starting with this release.
Sorry for the very late update, I had some technical issues which prevented me from working on the mod, but everything is fixed.
A few things:
- Fixed incompatibility with newer versions of Noxesium
- Fixed HITW and TGTTOS not working because I'm an idiot
- Fixed the health bar in Parkour Warrior Survivor being cut in half
- Removed the medal counter from the Parkour Warrior lobby nametag because that part was removed on the server
- Prepared for the eventual 1.21.3 update whenever Noxesium updates
Fix nametag not rendering in 1.21.
Behind the scenes changes for better version maintenance. This version is compatible with 1.21, but it will not launch until Noxesium is updated.
Updated to 1.20.5, and finally added the rank nametag in lobbies. I can't test it because my account is unranked, so please let me know if you encounter any issues with it.
Added support for Rocket Spleef Rush and Crown levels.
