I recommend you to turn off you skin layer! (ESC -> Options -> Skin Customisation)

keybind: "N" turn On/Off Helmet Abilities (Use with K6-3 Helmets, Maska-1sh Helmets and helmets with night vission and goggles)

"G" Open Parachute
