1. Single-player saves no longer require op permissions to use commands
2. Automatic backups will automatically record the interval time and automatically send a request to MineBackup each time the save is opened

1. Add command/minebackup snap<confic_idx><backup_name>to create a snapshot for the WorldEdit module in MineBackup.

2. New linkage function Alt+Ctrl+Z to quickly restore the current archive to the nearest backup.
