MinecartSpeed 是一个轻量级 Fabric 模组，允许玩家通过鼠标滚轮或命令动态调整矿车最大速度。

Description

MinecartSpeed is a lightweight Fabric mod that allows players to dynamically adjust minecart speed using the mouse wheel or commands.
