Blocks
- Spikes Block - when stepped on, it will deal damage to the player, apply bleeding, weakness and slowness. (Currently only available in creative mode)
Effects
- Bleeding - deals damage over time. Cannot be removed with milk
- Cursed - makes the player die instantly upon taking any damage. The only way to remove it is to wait for the effect to end
Items
- Health Flask - restores 2 hearts, removes bleeding and poison
Weapons
- Blood Sword - applies bleeding on hit (30s cooldown)
- Cursed Sword - deals massive damage, but also brings a death curse upon the wielder
- Hattori's Katana - little damage, fast, has a special charge ability when holding right click (30s cooldown)
Video - Conjunctivius's Tentacle - Lets the user swing the tentacle and use it like a grappling hook

The Blood Sword and Hattori's Katana are found in loot in the Prison dungeon.
Cursed Sword and Conjunctivius's Tentacle drop from the Conjunctivius boss.
Fixes
- The game should no longer crash if a portal cannot find the world data regarding its overworld destination. Instead, it will now teleport the player to the world spawn.

Generation
- The Prison - a new dimension + structure, accessible through portals spawning in the Overworld.
- each portal is unique and will teleport you to a different, unexplored part of the Prison
- Overworld portals now activate automatically after you've acquired diamonds in the world
- Removed overworld dungeon structure
- The Kingdom dimension is now inaccessible in survival mode. It will be reintroduced in the future as The Promenade of The Condemned

Patch 1:

Expect many bugs, glitches and balancing issues. The mod is probably going to be pretty difficult for now, as no special equipment is implemented. Diamond+ armor is advised.
Overworld generation
- New overworld dungeon
- Contains a chest with the Interdimensional Rune
- Kill enemies in and around the dungeon to get Cells
- Right click while holding the Rune to fill it with a Cell
- Overworld portal structure
- Is and empty portal to the Mine Cells dimension
- Right click while holding the Cell-filled Interdimensional Rune to activate it
- Stand in the portal and wait for it to teleport you
Mine Cells dimensions
- The Conjunctivius' Room:
- Press the button to call the elevator. Then click on the elevator to go down. At the bottom of the shaft, there will be a room with the Conjunctivius boss.
