First type of usage,you can blacklist a command entirely, for example the command shown in the image will blacklist all echo commands,you could not use "/m2s echo test or /m2s echo * ". This feature for blacklisting crucial shell commands.

Second type of usage, the command shown in the image will blacklist just the "echo test specific", command if this is the only blacklist rule you can use other echo command such as "/m2s echo hello" or "/m2s echo * "
