Stable release for MC 1.20.4

WARNING: PRELEASE!

This release contains big changes on codes, which can break something that was working properly. And versions later (including this one), requires fabric-language-kotlin mod as dependency.

Feel free to report any issues you met, with detailed descriptions and logs.

1. Added a new Screen for configuring Key2Cmd.
2. You can use J (default) or /key2cmd to open the screen.
3. The old Key2Cmd configuration section is fully removed, as it has multiple problems including reversing the values. So you are recommended to check the configuration, and correct the order!

Added KeyBinding to open MineQuery config screen, default key: M.

An issue about dependencies in fabric.mod.json was reported. Use v1.8.1 instead.

No changelog was specified.

Changed the HarvestModLike harvesting mode into a part of HarvestX.

Right Break will cause ReSeeding not functioning.
