Changelog

Fixes Thermal Foundation crash without Tinkers Construct installed

Changed a little how JER integration works, hopefully fixing several of current issues

Added more security to JER integration, so one part prone to failing won't crash and instead won't properly display mob drops

Added even more security to JER integration, so if it fails it just won't work instead of crashing

Made the mod load after Mystcraft, hopefully preventing a conflict with loot tables
