If anything looks off after updating, just delete your old config file (config/mitrasautosprinter/mitrasautosprinter.toml) the mod will make a new one, and you can set your settings again in no time.
โจ What's New
- Rainbow & Chroma Text Colors: The text HUD label can now animate its colors! Rainbow smoothly cycles the whole label through the color spectrum, while Chroma gives each letter its own shifting hue for a wave effect. Find it under HUD โ Text Color Mode (text display mode only).
- Scalable Text: A new Text Scale setting (0.25โ8) lets you resize the text label just like the icon Solid, Rainbow, and Chroma all scale, and positioning/clamping respects the new size automatically.
- Snap-to-Place HUD Editor: Dragging the HUD now snaps to screen edges, center lines, the default top position, and the bottom-safe area, with magenta guide lines as feedback and a live x/y readout while dragging. Also in the editor:
- Mouse wheel or
+/-keys resize the HUD in whichever display mode is active. - G toggles an 8-pixel alignment grid (with brighter lines every 32px).
- Arrow keys nudge by 1px hold Shift for bigger steps.
- Double-click centers the HUD horizontally, and holding Ctrl disables snapping while dragging.
- Mouse wheel or
- Smarter Sprint Reasons: The HUD now mirrors the game's actual sprint rules including while swimming so the reason shown is accurate in far more situations. The old Dead, Spectating, and Riding reasons were removed, and Blindness is now reported as the more general Restricted.
- Resolution-Independent Positioning: Custom HUD positions are saved as screen-relative coordinates, so your layout survives resolution changes, GUI scale changes, and different window sizes.
- Reorganized Settings Screen: The HUD section is now grouped into three collapsible categories (Visibility & Mode, Position & Size, Style & Colors), with plain-language descriptions on every setting and color options finally show their proper names instead of raw internal keys.
๐ Fixes & Stability
- If the sprint HUD ever fails to draw, it no longer stays dead for your entire session. It now recovers automatically when you change worlds or instantly when you open the HUD editor, and the chat message tells you how to fix it.
- Fixed the solid text label being drawn twice per frame.
- The background box setting is now clearly marked as Text-mode-only, since it isn't drawn behind icons.
โก Performance
- Configurable HUD colors are now cached and only refreshed when you change them in the settings, instead of being rebuilt every tick and every frame.

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
