Create: Manufacturable Lapis Lazuli

Create: Manufacturable Lapis Lazuli adds the option to craft Lapis Lazuli. By washing 1 Blue Dye, you get 1 Lapis Lazuli.

How is this useful?

This mod is useful, because it allows the "unlimited" creation of Lapis Lazuli. When crushing 1 Lapis Lazuli, you get at least 2 Blue Dye, which basiacally doubles the amount each time you do a cycle.
