Mag-Mudge's Ecosystem adds new ore, trees and plants to Minecraft. New workbenches enable the crafting of new items and blocks. Some blocks can be manipulated with new tools. Villagers can practise new professions. New mobs spawn. New food needs to be tried and new potions tested. Large and small structures (buildings etc.) want to be explored.
A new type of fence, the twin wire mesh fence, is added to Minecraft.
Wired blocks, repeating blocks and wired fences allow space-saving and "invisible" forwarding of redstone signals.
The randomiser block forwards an incoming redstone signal in a flickering manner (configurable).
Hidden doors and trap doors are visually indistinguishable from the block from which they are made.
Pressure trapdoors open automatically when certain mobs/players step on them.
Furthermore, several light sources are added. Some of these light sources only light up when a redstone signal is received.
Several decorative blocks such as book piles and statues or furniture such as tables, benches and commodes are added by the mod.
