Mob Griefing Plus

Adds gamerules to finer control mob griefing. Specifically this mod adds gamerules to disable specific behaviour disabled by setting the gamerule mob_griefing to false. Generally aims to match mob_griefing gamerule behavior.

Features

• mob_griefing_plus:mob_griefing_creeper: if set to false creeper explosions will no longer break blocks.
• mob_griefing_plus:mob_griefing_enderman: if set to false endermen will no longer pick up blocks

Other behaviours disabled by mob_griefing might be added later if requested.
