Cookies so delicious, they should be forbidden. Adds mod cookies, that can be crafted by adding 8 cookies around a mud block. When put in a dispenser and dispensed, it will apply a random effect, based on a Mod ID drawn out of the Mod ID pool.
Also adds a cookie jar to store those mods, eh, i mean cookies. (hence the name)
