A smooth update!
The version of MSM compatible with 1.21.6 is here ready to be enjoyed! This was much easier than the last update - with very few changes on Mojang's end for animals.
Bug fixes
- I erroneously neglected to write code that handles when an animal is killed by a weapon with Looting. Now, for example, a skeleton-pig will correctly drop more bones when killed by a weapon with looting
Updated the mod for 1.21.5, which was surprisingly difficult!
Here's why:
Mojang changed a lot to do with mobs and their mechanics in 1.21.5, the biggest simply being their appearances. Cows now have 3D noses, and regional variants are a thing now. That means I had to completely revamp my rendering system and make entirely new textures. I like how it came out though, despite the fact I am a terrible artist.
