Description

This mod blocks server resource pack textures, which would overrride your currently selected resource packs (or vanilla). If a server resource pack adds new textures (using custom model data or blockstates), those texture will still be visible. This extends to almost every aspect of a resource pack, even fonts and language files. You can even modify, which resource files are blocked.

How to use?

If you join a server for the first time and have the resource pack prompt enabled, you can select if you want to let the server resource pack override your current textures or not. You can always change this decision in the resource pack settings while connected to the server. You can also open the configuration for the current server pack, where you can block or allow every single resource.

Why?

Some servers tend to supply ugly resources, which override vanilla textures. Sometimes simply ignoring the server resource pack is not an option, as the server may add additional items, blocks or inventories, that will then no longer be visible.
