The library my mods run on. It doesn't add anything to play with by itself. Nav's Motors, No Mine's Sky and Elementarium need it, so if one of them asked for it, drop the jar in your mods folder and you're done.

What's inside: the screw gun and the building blocks (pad, post, floor, casing) used to build the multiblock machines, like the vehicle lift and the lathe. Also the vehicle camera and its zoom key, seats and passenger poses, the road blocks that tell vehicles the exact height to drive on, and the network code the mods share.

On 1.21.1 (NeoForge) use 21.4, on 1.20.1 (Forge) use 20.4. The first number is the Minecraft version and the second is the content, so 21.4 and 20.4 have the same things. Each mod says the minimum version it needs, and the game warns you if yours is older.
