Nearby Inventories
Craft (or Dump) items using nearby inventories
Works with any kind of storage (chests, barrels, shulker boxes, ender chests, chest carts and boats, chested donkeys, modded storage) except for functional blocks like furnaces, hoppers..etc
Datapacks can exclude more blocks or entities via the
#nearby_inventory:ignoredtags.
Crafting
- Open a crafting menu and have access to nearby items within a configured distance.
- Only works by clicking recipes in the recipe book.
Recipes stay red/darkened when their items are only in storage (the vanilla client can't see them), but clicking them still crafts.
Dumping
- Dump items into chests within the same configured distance for crafting.
- (If they have that item already)
- With a
/stashcommand
Configuration
Distance to reach into chests can be configured by OP or server owners.
- In game: /nearby <blocks> (OP-only)
- On disk: config/nearby_inventory.json
- Server-side mod that works in single-player and offline worlds
- No client install required (Vanilla friendly)
