Network Protocol Disconnect

Added a Config, you can use mod menu and cloth config to use the gui to change the settings or go into the folders, and change it there.

• Enable the mod
• Output Logs

For NeoForge now updated to 1.21.2 - 1.21.5

updated to versions 1.21.2 - 1.21.5 well the other version did work but did not work for quilt cause of the fabric api Dependency
