No Coal deletes every source of coal in the game: coal ore, raw coal drops, coal in loot chests, and even villager trades. You canโ€™t craft torches with coal, canโ€™t smelt using it, and canโ€™t rely on it for early fuel or XP. Players are forced to use alternatives like charcoal, lava buckets, or renewable fuels. This small change completely shifts the early-game, making caves darker, smelting slower, and progression more challenging.
